We have been around for 30 years, and have established a busy practice that currently includes 9 counsellors, we are at capacity and need another self-employed practitioner.
The post will eventually be for three days a week, averaging 5-6 clients a day, on a sessional basis.
Initially you would start with one day, this will increase swiftly, depending on one’s flexibility, it usually takes a few months to fill all three days, but once established we find it is rare to have many slots empty for long.
We pay £40 per session, and fund one and a half hours’ supervision a month. We expect our counsellors also to attend group supervision one evening a month here at PRC.
The applicants will need to be accredited and have at least 3 years post qualifying experience (minimum of 150 hours a year), we also require qualifications in Relationship Counselling.
