At Personal & Relationship Counselling, we strive to provide a high-quality service. However, we understand that there may be times when our service does not meet your expectations. 1. Submitting a Complaint

Please include the following details in your message:

• Any steps you’ve already taken to address the issue

• Relevant conversations or interactions with our team

2. Evaluation

Once we receive your complaint, it will be reviewed by Nigel Summerton of Personal & Relationship Counselling. We will carefully consider all the information you provide and aim to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
