Individual Counselling

Our compassionate team of counsellors and psychotherapists offer a safe and supportive space for individuals facing a variety of challenges. Our practice is a two-minute walk from Royal Parade and a 25-minute walk / 5-10 minute taxi ride from Plymouth train station.

Availability

Individual and couples counselling sessions are 60 minutes long, usually taking place on a weekly basis.

If you're unsure about therapy, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation with one of our therapists. This allows you to ask questions and assess if we're the right fit for you.

Note: please provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the missed session.

Fees

Individual Counselling

£60 per 60-minute session

Couples Counselling

£75 per 60-minute session

Please be aware that appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged. We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Humanistic Counselling - empowers you to take ownership of your thoughts and actions, helping you build a deeper, more authentic understanding of yourself. This holistic approach supports personal growth and helps you overcome emotional challenges.

Integrative Counselling - combines multiple therapeutic approaches to create a personalised treatment plan tailored to an individual's unique needs and challenges.
